Use this simple Banana Foster Syrup as a quick topping for Belgium Waffles or pancakes.
- 4 bananas, sliced
- ¾ cup Brown sugar
- ¾ cup Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
Melt the butter, add the bananas and brown sugar.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the syrup and reduce by ¼.
